Discover What’s on Offer
At Riverdale, we are proud to offer a range of thoughtfully designed extra-curricular activities that go above and beyond to cater to the interests of the children in our care. Each program is carefully crafted by our dedicated room educators, who draw upon their expertise to create engaging, enriching experiences that support the children's development.
The activities are designed with a focus on play-based learning, hands-on exploration, and intentional teaching, ensuring that every child is encouraged to learn through discovery and creativity. Through these carefully selected experiences, we create opportunities for children to build confidence, form meaningful connections, and develop essential life skills that will serve them well beyond their time with us.

Children will read and sing along to (Boss of your own body) a book that is designed to empower young children by teaching them about their body autonomy, consent and personel boundaries.
All rooms have access to our protective behaviours resource book which is based on two key principles and then brocken down into 4 key areas to be taught.
Educators deliver this important message across all age groups through mat sessions by using the illustrated book and sing along song with actions.
